Would anyone be able to help out at the Christmas Fundraising Sale to be held in the Maud Village Hall on Saturday 13th December from 11am to 4pm.
We would like to have a New Arc stall to highlight all the animals and good work that is done here and would also like to serve teas and coffees but can't manage everything ourselves as we will have our own stall and have a young child too.
We're also needing donations of items for raffles and some homebaking so if anyone can help please let me know.
Thanks everyone as the more help we can get, the more money we can hopefully raise.

Hi Ally, I will have a stall as i have some things to sell, Kat cant do the tarot readings, but she said she will donate some home baking. Unfortunetly my friend is unable to promote anything on the waves radio, not even his own church without having to pay some kind of advetising fee. look forward to the 13 dec.

Hi Faz,
I'll book a stall for you and thank Kat for the home baking, it will be very welcome.
Hopefully I have found enough places to advertise that we won't need to put it on Waves.
If you need any more info send me an email on brian.spink1@virgin.net.
See you soon
Allison (allycatz)

Allison just to let you know that Jemma wont be with me as she is going down to her granparents in Nottingham that weekend with her dad to do the Christmas pressie run, but I will still be over to help, can you tell me where the hall is in Maud, is it on the corner opposite where the old mart used to be on the same road that Longleys is on?

Hiya,
Yes, the Maud Village Hall is on the corner at the Auchnagatt junction. If coming from the Mintlaw side, the old mart site (where parking will be provided on the day) is on the right hand side, then further up is the hall on the left hand side before you get to Longleys. If coming in the opposite direction, obviously everything will be in reverse.
We have bookings for 19 different stalls and a New Arc stall so there will be plenty of last minute christmas pressies to buy so I hope we get a good turnout of both visitors and helpers on the day.
Can anyone wanting to help out on the day please contact me either by phone, email or private message. Thanks

Just to say thanks to Faz for looking after everything in the kitchen, Jayne for staying for the whole day on the New Arc stall, Rosalind for taking over in the kitchen and Jemma and Heather for helping on the New Arc stall.
Your help was very much appreciated on Saturday. We managed to raise £344.80 so thanks for helping.
